No way of knowing that without a load more info. What kind of experience do you have? What else are you bringing to the table? Just passing the CCNA on it's own it not likely to get you anything.

A CCNA won't get you a get you a job, it will get you looked at, but you need other certifications coupled with experience of lesser employments for you to be hired into the role that a CCNA certification gives you.. Unfortunately in IT it's no easy road to big money, it can be a lengthy process, enjoy the ride!
