GNS3 question???

Hi, I want to be able to access the console terminal for hosts on GNS3 but there are no consoles for host machines on GNS3! Would the answer be to simply create an etherswitch and change the icon to a desktop? I can't see any other logical way!

Robbo777, I would just use a router and go to global configuration mode and type no ip routing, which effectively takes down its routing capabilities completely and makes it just a host. You change the icon to the host computer and assign it an IP address and default-gateway.
