Another wgu transcript evaluation question.

If wgu overlooked my project plus cert and I rebuttal my evaluation because of this, does the whole transcript still get reevaluated? I ask because there are some non standard transfers that I'm 100% sure are a noob mistake and I would much rather retake my comptia exam than the one I got credit for. Will I even need to retake that comptia exam? Could I just sign up for the course and tell them I'm going to take it, but give them my certificate number instead?
