No Sir, I moved to the Public Sector at Cisco. We do a similar function as TAC we just work in all Technologies instead of specific tech.

Well just to clarify, I was doing something similar to this is TAC as Backbone/Escalation. There is no tier 2 here, so it was only a single jump.
