MCSD (Web) compared to MCSA (SQL Server) exams

I've been a .NET and SQL Server developer for about 15 years, but my skills are out of date, so I'm currently on a certification campaign.
I've passed 70-480 (HTML/CSS/Javascript) and 70-486 (ASP.NET MVC), and I'm hoping to pass 70-487 soon to achieve MCSD (Web). I'm finding the exams hard, partly because my day job doesn't use these modern MS products very much. I've been spending about 70 hours spread across one month studying for each exam.
After MCSD, I'd like to study for and take 70-461/462/463 for MCSA (SQL Server). Are these approximately the same difficulty as the MCSD exams? I have a SQL Server 2012 server at home I can practice on.
