Upgrading IOS

Hello everyone, I want to upgrade an IOS that currently
c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.150-1.M5.bin
with 15.0(1)M5 version, I would like to know the better version and IOS that I would use as this IOS has a licence package for security and IP based.

Currently Cisco suggests c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.153-3.M6.bin and c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-3.M4.bin
Although when you click on c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.153-3.M6.bin it has an advisory telling you not to use it.
However the newest is c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.155-3.M.bin
I'd reccommend trying c2900-universalk9-mz.SPA.154-3.M4.bin
I don't think anyone can really tell you which version is better though...
