Configuring AnyConnect for SBL

I have a Surface Pro 3 that I've just imaged with Windows 10 for a user who is very mobile in her role.

We'd like to configure AnyConnect for SBL so she will have access to her shared drives and printers when she logs in. I've looked around and not found any instructions that were straightforward regarding configuring the client. Most instructions I find are regarding certificates and other related configuration information but very little about the client. We are using v3.1.08009. As far as I can tell this requires the manipulation of an xml profile.

Several years ago this was done as a test with a laptop and they were able to make it work.
