PLC refresher

Anyone know of any decent, possibly Rockwell-related, PLC training materials available? I may have an opportunity to get a position that needs some PLC skills and I've been away from a controls environment for awhile. You don't use it, you lose it, as they say. I can afford to pay some for the materials, but not anything too crazy.
