Record New Horizons lectures streaming video

So I am attending a New Horizons class for VMWare and I like the videos a lot and I wanted to have these videos as part of a library for my own personal reference only. Since I am paying for the class, I should be able to keep the videos. Does anyone know of any good live streaming video recorders that capture audio that will work for the New Horizons lectures?

    I would check with new horizons and verify you can record the videos.
    Maybe they will give access to the videos offline.
