BBA in MIS Jobs

Hello, I have a BBA in MIS, but the problem is I am scared I wont get a job because I don't have experience in this field and I am confused about careers.

We take a lot of Business and management courses in this major, can I work in something related to management not IT ?

If not where are the most companies that I should target to get any type of position that will get me started to have some experience.

I have knowledge in web development can I persu this career with my degree ?

Yeah since I don't have any certificates and no experience in tech, maybe it will be easier for me to get position in Bus field ?

I have a similar degree a Bachelors in Information Technology Management. I took a ton of business courses, but also IT. I honestly don't think companies seem to care as long as your degree specifies IT in some sort of way. The only reason why I say that is because one of my college classmates got a job as a RF (Radio Frequency) Engineer at Apple in Cupertino with the same degree as mines, and there's not even any engineering components to it. It took me 3 years to land an IT job, but during the time the economy was still recovering from the crash, so I took that into consideration. I finally landed a job as a Tech Support Specialist and then I was promoted to a Network Analyst. Never give up! Keep trying!! It took me 3 years and I told myself I would never give up, and it has worked out wonderfully for me! Stay positive!!
