I used Testout for the 70-410 exam, and I am currently using it for the 70-411 exam. It is the software my community college classes uses. The lab exercises are all right. The notes they provide actually provide a lot of good information, and the practice certification exam actually reflected my actual score on the Microsoft test.

I can't speak for newer exams, but I used TestOut for my MCSA 2003 exams and absolutely loved the material. As per usual, you'll want to supplement the videos and labs with either a book or corresponding TechNet articles (which are now linked on the course outline page on Microsoft's site, for each exam,) so that you can fill in the blanks and gaps that just can't be covered in a video series.
