Few Days before Exam (70-410)

Hello techies,

Im taking the 410 this weekend i feel good about it been doing the practice test pretty hard but i would like to know what some of U do bofore an exam.. what to go over @ crunch time?

I recently failed the exam. Some areas I wish I focused more on would be Server Storage, Powershell commands, file vs sharing permissions. Good luck!

Really I just do as many practice exams I can and brush up on anything that might still be confusing to me.

The 410 is definitely a beast but I (barely) passed with a 700. I'm working on the 411 now and taking it in December.

i know there's a lot of PowerShell in the exam i think i Know enough to pass.. Thx i really hope i pass with 1 try

I tend to do a quick review of Powershell a few days before and do a practice test the day before. The day of I try to just skim stuff. At that point I figure I know what I know and cramming is not going to do me much good.

Let me tell you that measureup test is ugly but good!!!! I thought i was ready but dam i got 33% i was shocked about that. Then i did the test again and got a higher score. My exam is next week so i have a about 1 to study some more and do the exam. All next week i'm planning to take at least 2 exam a day at work or home. I guess i could go over some other material i have but i notice in the practice exam there were some powershells i haven't tired. This weekend I plan to study a lot hopefully i could get at least 5+ hours.

So any advice i would give you is stay positive... any other advice anyone has let us know.

Yea im getting high 70s and 80s on measureUP.. my weakest area i think is GPOs. The practice test wants u to get at least an 80% to pass.. but the real exam is 70%

I took the test on Sat! I failed.. was much harder than i expected. I went in confident because of the practice test but i only knew half of what i need to know to pass!

My lowest categories were 2.1, 4.3, 4.1

Now do you remember did you get a lot of powershell questions? What section do you think they asked you more about?

Just trying to get an idea of what kind of questions might come up. have a couple days, and I'm starting to get very nervous about the exam.

now the material you studied in the book, did you find that some of questions you didn't know or had any review on it? I notice that on my last try that i had questions that I didn't even know the answer because of the book i studied did review it.

I did see like 15 questions with answers i had never heard of.. I didnt do much of the Sybex book

measureUP helps with getting used the style/format of the questions! thats it. i will never use measureUP again

YIKES!!!!!!!!!!! why not ? I been doing the practice exam every day and little by little score has been going up. I guess the style is good that way it doesn't feel weird. last min prep time before exam this week.
