L2VPN and L3VPN

Can I customer order both L2 and L3VPN at the same time?
In that case, are the two CEs sites placed in the same subnet or different?

Why would the customer want the same subnet in two different links in their network?

Isnt that what a l2vpn is for? The service provider acts as a virtual switch.

Can, by different VLAN for e.q, CE's can use same (different VRF) of different subnets.
