Help Making Resume

Hello Everyone 
I'm new here, Found this site randomly through web search on how to build my resume. Ive passed my A+ exam. Have the certification in hand but im having difficulty with my resume. I grew up building and repairing PC's with my dad since I was a kid so i know most of the stuff. i was in college but dropped out since i have a son to raise but todays jobs arent quiet enough, so i forced my self to get certified. any help would be appreciated. sorry if i posted in the wrong forum.
