After failing in the 1st attempt I was really skeptical. ( because I never failed in any exam in my life - being a studious and hardworking )
Just passed the exam last week (Nov2015). So hopefully these tips will help you.
Have to read the book RCV ( ITIL PUBLICATION ) in and out.
Practice the 2 sample EXAM papers available ( RCV PAPERS )
Also practice the SERVICE TRANSITION sample papers ( 2 available )
Exam question patterns have changed now. Questions are much more complicated, lengthy and confusing ... it is even difficult to find the DISTRACTER so be very careful of reading all the words in the paragraphs.
Find the distracter and 1 marker first then rest will be simple.
Hopefully this will be useful....
Don't attempt to seat for the exam until you are confident within yourself that you will be able to score 100% marks. I studied so rigorously that on the exam day I had confidence that I will get 100% marks but managed to get 83% ... so plan accordingly. Thanks.
