I'm new to SQL and in the past my employers always had a highly trained dba that took care of the SQL side of things. However I really need to learn SQL and I need to start from scratch. What is the best route to take? My employer will probably pay for classroom training or any books/online courses I'd need. I've looked around out there and there's a lot on offer. Just need to know where to start from your collective experience.
