Hi,

I would be interested to hear from your experiences , which of these three practice tests helped you succeed with 70-410 exam. Currently i tend to purchase Boson practice exam due to the fact that offer have more questions and references.

Many thanks.-Seb

Well since i just starting using the measureup for the last 3 weeks it's been good. I know it's suppose to help you when taking the exam but I didn't get any questions they asked on the exam. They might be similar or close to it but didn't get any. Other thing the format of measureup kind of help me get ready for the real exam. They almost look a like the layout....

i have other couple weeks of using it until i can't. By then i will have my try again on the exam.

When I was at Ignite in May, they actually used the MeasuredUp tests in their free practice test rooms. I don't think the practice tests are supposed to give you questions from the actual tests so much as get you prepared for how they ask the questions and test your knowledge.

MeasureUp are a joke. The only reason they are recommended is because they paid Microsoft for the advertising. I have used them in the past and they did not help.

Transcender is another one out there ( you didn't list them ). They are better than MeasureUp but still leave some gaps in what you need to know. There were some gotcha topics on the exams they missed.

Boson exams have been hard. Like impossibly hard. For the 70-411 I bought them as my second exam set when Transcender failed me. I was barely getting 60% on the Boson exams when I sat and ended up passing the 70-411. They ask hard questions and make you learn the content. I will say though they have some questions that make me scratch my head and some question formats not even close to what Microsoft throws at you but I think the idea is to challenge you and make you think.

Pearson I don't know anything about. Can't speak to them.

Boson was pretty good for 70-410 and 411. If I wasn't paying or had money to spare I'd look into testout for study and practice tests. Transcender was horrible for CCENT and CCNA, I'd never go back to them, surprised another company is selling worse tests.

Just took a quick practice test from Boson, and though it was only 6 questions, I don't see much of a difference between the two. I think I actually had a couple duplicate questions from Boson to MeasureUp... In 6 questions. That said, Boson is $10 cheaper, so I'll probably have the company go with those anyway ;)

In all honesty I don't think you can make a fair comparison between both based on 6 demo questions. Boson was pretty good for me. The questions really pushed me to think at a high level when taking the test.

What books did you use for your 410?

I was planning on watching the free CBT's at Cybrary.IT. Then after I watch all the videos, read the official press book and take notes. Haha. Trying to utilize the muscle-memory strategy!
