Windows 10 won't boot -> Won't start

Hi guys,
I need some help to troubleshoot this problem here .My windows 10 won't boot up properly.
It only shows error messages such: "scanning and repairing drive (c):0 complete"..and it hangs on forever. Please anyone can help me?

You will need to provide some info....

First install?
Upgrade?
Mfg of hdd - have you run the diagnostics that the mfg makes available?
When did the drive begin showing this error? After an update? or reboot?

Old hdd or a new one?

This your build or an off the shelf machine?

Laptop or PC

Single installed OS or is this a dual boot or virtual machine?

Can you boot into safe model?

Do you have a diagnostic disc or thumb drive like ultimate boot cd or such?
