Hey guys,
Have any of you completed these (or similar tests) and if so were they used heavily in the recruitment process? I completed one for a new opportunity and did better than expected given the wide range of technical questions covered, well I smashed it, so hoping the interviews etc will be easier than if I had done badly. Not done one for any other roles before so just interested on how the results may be used.
