VIRL sales?

Hey guys, I can buy VIRL but I want to ask some questions before I buy it...why is there no sales person I can talk to from CISCO like none. Why would I want to buy something that noone has a clue about from Cisco. Yeah I know CCIE exams are from this. But why don't: they make it easy to speak with someone?

Most of the sales people at Cisco are focused on commercial products and VIRL is a consumer product. Go to the Network Academy forums. There are plenty of people that can give you their experience of VIRL. Also there are VIRL forums at VIRL - Dev-Innovate discussion and support community
