Hi , I have an inclination towards network security , so what should my initial path be......???
I need to specifically mention that I have to enter network security domain

CCNA R&S(CCNAX)>>>>CCNA Security

or

CCENT>>>>>CCNA Security

I am confused....
Also whats the min waiting time after completion of 1 cert before scheduling the next one...??

Also ...I have Todd lammle's study guide....do I still need ODOM....??

thanks
Pun

You would want to go CCENT>CCNA:RS>CCNA:Sec, or you can just do the composite CCNA:RS. I think they CCNA:RS lays the foundation for a lot of the other CCNA flavors.
    A+, N+, S+, CCNA:RS, CCNA:Sec

Agreed. Get the CCNA RS and then move onto the Security track from there

And what's about CCNA RS, then JNCIA, then CCNP RS? ;)

If you are sure you will be working in a mixed vendor environment then the JNCIA makes sense. Otherwise I would go CCNP first because it's more in demand than JNCIA.
