Leaving University Early (PGCert worth it?)

I currently work full time in a digital security role. I embarked on a distance-learning digital security & forensics MSc. Around 4-5 months in, the distance-learning students have been told that we need to be spending 25 hours per week on the course. (Course had been incorrectly advertised as a 'go at your own pace' course.)
Needless to say, 25 hours + a 37 hour a week job + a 6 hour travel per week to/from work equates to a 68 hour week. As a result of the course being very poorly taught and me doing 68 hours per week, my grades are average. If I do one more module and leave early, I get a PGCert (postgraduate certificate). Do you think I should soldier on and get an MSc with poor grades, or just quit after Christmas and get the PGCert?
Is the PGCert worth anything? I see lots of people on LinkedIn have it.
