Career Builder and/or Monster

Anyone ever have luck with these sites? I am convinced that the soul purpose for these websites is to data mine. My neighbor interns for them and that is what he does/told me. I have seen people have luck with Indeed, but never from Career Builder or Monster. Any success with these?

Dojiscalper Member Posts: 266 ■■■□□□□□□□I was almost exclusively using career builder and get a lot of calls and interviews from the recruiters but I still think your right. They and the recruiters are data mining. Especially due to the number of phone calls and emails I've started getting and zero actual job leads for anything other than beginner positions barely paying above minimum wage.

They called and email me between 5-6pm just today.
Anyone think glassdoor is better? From looking it seems like more actual companies post on there vs recruiters. -
Bokeh Member Posts: 1,636 ■■■■■■■□□□When I was looking, every call I got was from recruiters who saw resume on Dice. I am still getting calls and emails even though started this new job 1.5 months ago.
