International student in the US seeking career advice

Hey There,
My name is Marc. I'm an international student and currently doing my POST-OPT. I graduated college this past June with a degree in IT and a concentration on Networking. Since then I've been studying for my certifications and volunteering at my pop's drywall company. I am now A+ certified along with the MTA. The job hunt has been a bit rocky. Despite that and my lack of experience I'm still hopefully that I'll be able to land a job soon. Today I actually browsed through the local phone book and yelp section to mapped out places that might need an entry level network technician or some type of help desk position.
I was just curious if there's anyone here that has a similar situation. I was wondering what other job sites could I use besides: dice, monster, indeed, and career builder. I've also attracted my current resume here.
