You know that information screen that comes up and tell yu what is intalled
I cannot see that screen
it just go straight to the log on screen
in other words the screen is blank until it reaches the log on screen what is wrong

In the BIOS/CMOS setup there sometimes are boot options like Silent boot or Quick Boot that might hide the information from the user.
Are you able to see a splash screen when the computer comes up?
