Dear all, First of all Merry Christmas!
I have a question to ask you guys. I am currently working as a System Admin in a Medium (Or large should I say!) sized organization. Things I performed in my role is VMWARE and Windows servers (Mostly 200. Before I used to work for another organization as a Desktop support Executive. However, since the beginning of my IT career, I always wanted to work as a Network engineer/Admin and did CCNA two years back. But till now, I didn't get any chance to work as a part of a Network team. Place I am working right now has separate team to manage servers, network, storage, security, desktop/helpdesk, etc. So, there is no chance I can touch anything that belongs to network team.
Anyway, right now I am reviewing the stuffs I learned from CCNA and also studying Linux, hoping that in my next job there will be something so that I can start my journey.
Can anyone advice me what else should I do to get into the network domain?
Thanks to all.
