Hi All,
I have been applying for entry level help desk, desktop support and PC technician positions recently, but I have not been getting any call backs since the summer time. Was wondering if I can get a critique of my resume and any other suggestions would be appreciated. I am currently in school full time which explains no job position at the moment. Thanks in advance.

Also it seems like you're grabbing at any software you can to list as a technical proficiency, almost as if to make the resume longer. There is no need to explain that Office contains Word, Excel, Etc.
If the redundant/unnecessary info makes the resume seem barren, expand a little on the Education section. Maybe a brief explanation why you went back to school for IT. Under the certification section you could list what certs you have in progress (aka plan to take). A "summary" section would be a good addition as well.2017 Goals: []PCNSE7 []CCNP:Security []CCNP:R&S []LCDE []WCNA
