I think u should refrain from drinking too much water before the exams and avoid any kind of spicy/hot food that could cause stomach upset!!!
If you follow these rules I guess u can stay put in the exam room for the entire duration of the exam...if u r really interested in passing it

The only reason I have ever been allowed to leave the testing room is when one time my computer froze up and eveytime I take an design exam and I need another note board (usually end up going 3 times)
my testing center is so damn lazy that i could (potentially) go out, look up the answer to some question, and return without them even wondering where i went.
i don't like them, but they are the closest so must make do.
I would say part of being prepared is not having to go. Take care of it prior, and don't drink a lot water befrorehand. I'm sure if you had a medical emergency, you could retake later if needed.
omni, thats the exact same thing for me. The testing center is way out of line. But its the closest center to me and the best enviroment to test in for me as well.

Are you a little kid? Come on? Wear a diaper if you have a problem. Most exams are only 90min long and many can be completed in less time. Certainly you can controll youself for that amount of time? If you ill that day, then reschedule.
Can you leave an exam in college? We never could, so it's not unreasonable to not be permitted to leave during a certification exam. If you were taking your MCAT's you wouldn't be allowed to leave until you completed a section.
And shame on those testing centers that permit people to get up and leave and return.

In most cases nowadays you are allowed to leave, however the clock keeps ticking on your exam, so whatever time you're gone is time you're losing. I do think this varies by exam.
My school gave out old ****, and I laughed as half the class failed......

No, just for some of the M$ exams, right from the instructor. He thought it was no big deal because he had properly instructed each of us during the class, and it was just to pass a test. A good example was some clown who had ZERO experience with M$, was barely hanging on throughout the course, almost dropped out, but he was an MCSE before it was over. Pretty sad, and I told him so, but he didn't care.

No way. I think all **** are bad obviously, but I've heard there are often incorrect answers and explanations to the questions, so that doesn't help at all. Dumpers, and those who support/use them, should be shot dead. No humanity, no mercy, no help the human race, just taking advantage of others.
when i tested for 70-270 i was all alone in a room with closed door. I didnt have anything with me like a bag or papers etc, the instructor just started up my workstation and left. I was allowed to go to the bathroom if needed without problems.
At the testing center I used to work at and still test at, there are bathrooms in the testing rooms (well there are 2 rooms, one has the bathroom in it, but they're both on a seperate floor and we would know if they left). Testers loved the ability to use the bathroom, I know I myself used it on many occassions, I just can't think clearly when I need to use the restroom.
