PAgP Port-Priority a mystery....

Hi there, this is spinning my poor brain, I think I am getting PAgP port-priority wrong, this is not like LACP port-priority or is it?
Is it only used with PAgP learn-method physical-port and port-channel load-balance src-mac?

Please provide lab able example and its real life use
