KVM Switch Recommendations

I'm researching KVM switch options for our lab at work. I've found a few seemingly good options. This site is really amazing: KVM Switches Online - Your KVM Switch Experts! Can you recommend, based on your experience, a decent 8-port KVM switch that supports VGA and has USB connectivity?

Right now, price is not necessarily a problem, though I think we'd like to keep it at $1000 US or less.

Thanks for both of your suggestions. I've heard good things about Avocent. And yes, we did decide that we want IP. Definitely a good option.
