Best path to become MCSE

I am going to start study for MCSE, it seems like it doesn't mattter which exams to take 1st, anyway, what do think you is the best order to become a MSCE? I been working in IT field for 3 years, and really want to learn active directory, so what do you think if I just jump start on Exam 70-294 ?? or should I start with some other exam 1st.
