Can I still get my old A+ transcript?

Before you say to contact CompTIA support, I already have, I'm just curious if anyone else has ever run into this and what they did to get old transcripts.

Anyway, I got the certification in 2002 but I no longer have access to the email account I had then. I lost the paper transcript (d'oh!) and do not know my testing id, etc.

Anyone else have this issue? Otherwise, I'll just have to await for CompTIA's reply to find out.

Do you have access to https://www.certmetrics.com/comptia/login.aspx ?

Have you ever made the login to that page. If you did and you can remember your password you can retrieve almost anything you did with CompTIA

Unfortunately, I don't think I ever logged in. I may have back in 2002, but none of my current or past email addresses work. Oh well, worst case I just won't be able to list A+ on my resume.
