Duration of the exam for non-native English speaking county

in CCNA & CCENT
I know that the CCNA exam duration is 90 minutes for native English speaking countries but I was wondering if this is the same for non-native English speaking countries. Does anybody know?

    i'm not sure, but a "test" exam booking in the Netherlands gave me this:
    Exam Registration Summary
    Please verify the following information:

    Candidate's Name: xxxxxxx
    Exam Name: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
    Client/Exam Number: Cisco 640-801
    Exam Language: U.S. ENGLISH

    Exam Location
    Exam Date/Time: 15-Mar-2006 11:00 AM
    Exam Duration: 02:45 [hh:mm]

    of course, exam duration includes all the pre-exam stuff and perhaps post-exam surveys, but it does sound like more than 90 minutes.
    don't take my word for it though.

    How can I make my Cisco exams on VUE for NON-native?!
    I tried to make it several times but noway.
