Recording an Adobe Connect meeting from New Horizons

So I have been having a hard time finding a decent freeware piece of software for doing this but I am trying to record my New Horizons bootcamps for my personal library for a reference. Does anyone have a decent freeware utility that will record the streaming audio and video from an Adobe Connect meeting?

recordmydesktop on Linux and/or camstudio on Windows. Not Camtasia but that is another good app -- it's not free though.“I do not seek answers, but rather to understand the question.”
