Hi Folks,
Quick question regarding vpc orphan-port suspend command.
Would you use this command on individual trunk links down to an ESX host?
I have two Nexus 3548 running VPC up to a pair of Cat 4500's.

The main goal of this command is to prevent orphan ports (ports which countains vPC vlans, but is not part of a vPC) from remaining functional after a failure by suspending the interface. This will cause your dual-homed servers to activate fault tolerance and re-pin the vm's vnics to the other physical port(s).
Take a look at this design guide, p 125.

Is the ESXi host dual homed to the upstream Nexus?
