Hello guys,

I have been asked to take over an existing website and make recommendations for redesign. I will not be acting as a core web designer.

What are the information I'll need to administer the website e.g I'm not sure yet if the website is on-premise or shared hosted.

I was provided with an IP, user and password to manage the site but it's an internal IP address, before now, I've had to just manage websites through cpanel.

Is it also okay to ask if the website is running on Windows or Linux?
