Mail Recovery from Exchange

Hi

I have a user who gets his mail in Outlook Express from our Exchange server. His pc crashed and he lost all his mail. The mail gets deleted from his mailbox when he downloads the mail. However, we make backups of our Exchange server every night. Is there a way to recover emails that was in his mailbox from the backups files?
