TheFORCE
CPE = Continuing Professional Education. 1 CPE hour is equivalent to one hour attendance in a seminar or conference or webex related to your profession or your certification. Many certifications require that you maintain a certain minimum number of CPE's during a year period when you get enough CPE's in a 3 year period your certification is renewed and you receive a new expiration date on your certificate and the cycle begins again all over. If you dont maintain the CPE's then your certificate expires and you have to re-take the exam again and pay again. People get CPE's by taking part in different activies like I mentioned above.
