HR Phone Interview Screening set for Tuesday

Tips and advice for getting through initial HR phone conversation. I have one coming up for another security position in another state for a multi billion dollar retail organization. Last interview was 2 years ago.

    Do you know if it's just for HR? If so, I can't imagine it would be very technical. They might be looking for keywords that was in the job posting, so I would be very familiar with that. In addition, do some research on the company. I have interviewed people that had no idea what my agency does, which puts them in a bad light. If they cared, they would have at least looked at our webpage etc.
