Hello Folks,

Just want to get some opinions, does it makes sense (or its worth) to go for SSCP after passing CISSP?

Thanks in advance,

I would say "no". CISSP is a more advanced certification than SSCP and in my view there does not seem to be any added value to being SSCP certified that does not come from having CISSP.

SSCP is usually undertaken by those who do not meet the requirements or don't have the experience for CISSP. Usually people take SSCP first then CISSP and not thenother way around. It will not add any more value than what CISSP has already given you.

If you want you could go for the new exam, the CCSP.(Certified Cloud Security Professional). That requires that you are a CISSP holder already.
