Website software with great database search capabilities

Hi everyone,
I plan to create a real estate website and was wondering if anyone knew of a website software that has great database search capabilities and organizing directories,etc at a nominal cost or preferably free...lol....i wanted to create a website where each realtor has their own URL for their own home listings simplified. Let me know. Thanks.

p.s: any recommendations on a good hosting service would be appreciated too. thanks again.

If you were building something from scratch, I recommend building it on AWS. But then I think everything should be built on Amazon Web Services. You might be able to keep your EC2 instance and DynamoDB usage under the cap for the free tier while you develop and build out your service the first year.

Why build when you can buy? My wife does marketing work for real estate agents and they use IDX for their listing sites.
