Kali Linux

Hello,

are there users here who are familiar with Kali Linux? i set up a lab at home to practice using Kali Linux and i started with reaver and i am having issues with it. after 2 days and it still hasn't cracked my dummy router with WPS enabled.

(PS. please let me know if this is not allowed so i can delete it)

Sounds like your dummy router is smarter than you think! how about giving us more details. what commands are you using?

currently i am at work. i will after i get home. i have set up couple different routers actually. i set up a linksys, netgear and asus and i have 2 others.

Maybe your Wifi card is not supported ..

I was thinking the same thing.

You need a wireless card that can work in monitor mode. There are a handful of adapters with the necessary chipsets/firmware.
