Moving on for more learning opportunities? Working for a SaaS?

To keep it short, my current position is a fairly limited System Administrator position. Most of what I get to work on is related to patching and/or creating system images. I know that this will be career suicide if I continue on because I'm not getting any opportunities to really build anything, or troubleshoot issues on a regular basis that aren't related to patching.

I've put my resume out there to see what is there. I'll be interviewing with a small SaaS company (100ish people). Does anyone have any experience moving from corporate IT to a SaaS environment? Was it worth the move?
