70-411 NPS- Connection Request Policy

hi All. i have 3 questions regarding NPS.
1. How do you ensure that one connection request policy applies to one group of users and
a second connection request policy applies to a different group of users?

official answer is
"Configure different conditions in each connection request policy."

But in Connection Request Policy there is no way to configure condition like group. in Network Policy Yes.
or do they mean: add 300 (user name) by hand : ) ?




2. where do i configure REALM name? i see this tab but there is no way to define attribute like REALM on the settings Tab

3. from what i've know in 2016 NPS is depricated does Microsoft plan to create something new or do they get rid of it for good?
