Subnetting Questions

For the 200-120, I have heard the Subnetting questions are more or less hidden in other questions, instead of directly asking "which subnet does host x belong" etc.

Can someone elaborate a bit more? I'm not looking for exact questions from the test, but an example of how they can be "hidden" would be very helpful.

It has been a long time since I did the CCNA but they weren't super hidden when I did it.

You may get a question or a lab sim that the host may have the wrong gateway. You won't know unless you can subnet.
