Connecting Cisco routers to ADSL modem to internet
Wullie
Has anyone done this yet or know how to do it?
I found by searching internet that I would need 2 routers (currently have one 2501), connected back to back, 1 ethernet to NIC and 1 to ADSL modem.
Is this the best way to do it, or is there any other way (other than buying a 2511 or 2521 with 2 ethernet ports)?
Also, if I was to do this, how do I set up the ADSL -> ethernet port on the router?
Any help would be appreciated.

somthing has to be capable of running pppoe and I don't think you can do that on the 2500 series.

Thanks, wasn't sure if I could or not, think I also saw someone mention needing a DSLAM in there too.
