Hey Guys,
I recently applied to a job and was contacted next day since the manager liked my resume. Process went by and was invited for a face-2-face interview. I thought everything went fine, and tried to explain everything on white board (initiated myself, which my friend says is a bold move and shows lot of confidence). At the end manager asked me for any salary range and I said Open to negotiation and I would like to hear a range from you before I reveal a figure (entry level job, didn't want to risk) and when moving out i asked when can i hear back. He said process went pretty fast in my case and it would be few days before i hear back. Its been 2 weeks exactly, what to expect..! Need some advice cant control my anxiety and eagerness.
