2 sec delay when answering calls on IPhone

Anyone run into this and find a valid fix action? I have a few of the users I support complaining about this. We've tried the solutions found online (hard reboot, turn on hearing aid feature, etc) but nothing seems to correct. These are 5/5s, and 6 models. Carrier is Sprint, but I see from doing searches that it is happening on all carriers. Any suggestions?

Perhaps go to the Apple or Sprint web site and look it up on their knowledge database?

Just curious what did your carrier or Apple say when you called them about this problem? I'm assuming you have had to asked them by now after trying all those solutions.
