What to include in an architecture portfolio

So, all my hard work is paying off. I am applying for an emerging technologies lead systems architect role at my company.

I'm super excited as I love architecture. Here is my delema and question.

Anyone who has followed on here knows I've worked pre-sales and as a program manager. Well since I've worked on the sales side of the business all the architecture deliverables I've created are adhoc. I've never had a process to follow b/c I'm on the sales side of the business.

I was doing pre-interviews yesterday and the interviewer said that I bring diversity of thought since I started in the field as a tech and haven't grown up in engineering. He also said I am very good at leading and engaging groups through change management. I naturally asked him what concerns he had and he said he hasn't seen my systems architect work. I sent him some examples, but it was done in haste.

I would like to create a portfolio of my architecture work to send him.

Here is my thought, for those of you who have interviewed for, hired for, or worked in systems architecture please tear my plan apart and provide feedback.

My portfolio would consist of:

Kickoff
Program Charter documents I've created
Stakeholder Maps
Use Case and Business need charting

Discovery
As-is architecture mappings
Evaluation and analysis charts

Creation
To-Be architectures
Use case mappings

Execution
Work packages
RFP's

Oversight
Governance formation
Project/Program tracking
Life cycle support and management processes.

Thoughts?

Thanks,

-Phil
