As always, take these numbers with a grain of salt. In my field (infosec) the "low" numbers are about average for my area. The "high" numbers are a joke. It'd be nice if they averaged out the response, but for all I know 3 people responded, so there may not be much of a real "average"

LOL if only HR departments used this salary guide. They all seem to follow the practice of lets see how much we can low ball these IT guys. -

Yeah, the low numbers seem on point for average or high-average the most part.
